Orangetown Runs Santa Claus 5K

Orangetown held the 21st Annual Santa Claus 5K run Sunday at Veteran's Memorial Park in Orangeburg.

Over 200 competitors ran in Orangetown's 21st Annual Santa Claus 5K Sunday morning at Veteran's Memorial Park in Orangeburg.

Orangetown Supervisor Andy Stewart was among the competitors. Thank you to Geraldine Collins of Pearl River for sharing pictures of the event.

Great turnout for the event - second largest field in the race's 21 year history. Let's make it even bigger next year! One suggestion for the organizers would be to have a clock at the finish so participants know their race time.
