Senior Alex Castillo provided the offensive spark early and Chris Coughlin scored two goals for Pearl River in a 4-1 victory at home against Pelham Monday.
Castillo scored the Pirates' first goal on a header, then set up the second with a hard shot on goal. Garvin Lee also scored a goal and Giovanni Galvano contributed two assists for the Pirates, who improved to 7-2-1.
Pearl River's next game is senior recognition 4 p.m. Thursday at home against Albertus Magnus.
