Freshman guard Jenna Scanlon scored a career-high 15 points to lead the Pearl River offense in a 65-38 victory at home against Nanuet Friday.
Emma Daly, Sam Alicandri and Missy Scognamiglio each scored nine points for the Pirates, who improved their record to 4-1. Theresa jelian led Nanuet with 12 points.
Pearl River's next game is 5:30 p.m. Wednesday Jan. 9 at Albertus Magnus. The Falcons won at Tappan Zee Friday in a matchup of the other two top teams in the league.
