Senior Taylor Wilson scored a career-high 32 points for Manhattanville College in a 77-62 road loss to Wilkes College Saturday.
That was enough to make Wilson the 12th player in Manhattanville women's basketball history to surpass the 1,000 career points. The school record is 2,306 points by 1982 grad Theresa Carey.
Wilson, a Pearl River High School graduate, also grabbed six rebounds in the game, which was the Valiants' fourth loss in four Freedom Conference games, dropping Manhattanville's overall record to 7-7.
