Pearl River Hockey Beats Greeley

Junior forward Max McGee scored three goals and assisted on two more for Pearl River in a 9-3 victory over Horace Greeley Monday at the Brewster Ice Arena.

McGee and the rest of the Pirates' top line continued to put up big numbers. Junior forward Kevin Murphy contributed four assists and one goal and senior forward Pat Burns scored two goals and assisted on another.

Sam Mishkind scored two goals and assisted on the third for Horace Greeley. 

Pearl River and Horace Greeley both put 20 shots on goal, but Pirates' goaltender Sam Coughlin made 25 saves. 

Pearl River (12-1) will play Sleepy Hollow/Irvington/Dobbs 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26 at Sport-O-Rama in Monsey.
