Pearl River's Brennan Takes Third in 800 at State Track

Pearl River senior Kieran Brennan ran the 800 in 1:53.67 to take third place at the New York State Track and Field Championships Friday at Cicero-North Syracuse High School.

Pearl River senior Kieran Brennan took third place in the 800 Meter Run during the first day of the New York State Track and Field Championships Friday at Cicero-North Syracuse High School.

Brennan ran the race in 1:53.67. Liverpool senior Zavon Watkins won the race in 1:51.21. Brennan's teammate, senior Tom Bonaro, ran the race in 2:00.84 to finish 27th. The full results for the boys 800 can be found here. 

Pearl River Sophomore Kelly Hayes finished 17th in the 3000 Meter Run in a time of 10:31.30.

Pearl River senior Molly Shine will run in the 2000 Meter Steeplechase Saturday morning. Brennan and Bonaro will run with the Pirates' 4X800 Relay team Saturday afternoon.

No amount of info will be enough, no answer will be accepted. The issues conference will be a circus of endless questions, ideas, and demands. Haverstraw bay reclassified as drinking water will better protect it, provide an endless supply of water and finally help end the stereotype of the Hudson being polluted Recommend
