Pearl River goalie Austin Maggiolo made 11 saves to shut out Clarkstown South, 4-0, on the road Monday.
"Austin played outstanding," Pearl River Head Coach Damon O'Keefe said.
Senior midfielder Giovanni Galvano played a part in all four goals, scoring twice and getting assists on the other two for the Pirates, who improved to 3-1. Alex Castillo and Artem Trusov each scored goals and Garvin Lee had an assist for Pearl River.
The victory was the second in a row for Pearl River, which beat Ramapo, 4-3, with Galvano scoring all four goals unassisted Saturday.
Pearl River's next game is 4 p.m. Wednesday at home against Clarkstown North.
