Pearl River Wins at Clarkstown North

Jack Byrnes put the Pirates ahead with a late 3-point shot as Pearl River won, 66-62, at Clarkstown North Monday.

Jack Byrnes gave Pearl River a one-point lead by draining a 3-point shot with 1:17 remaining in Monday's game at Clarkstown North.

Rich Masley and Tom Davis combined to make three of four free throws in the final seconds to help Pearl River hang on for the 66-62 victory. 

Kevin Degnan scored 29 points and pulled down 11 rebounds for Pearl River. Davis added 17 points and Byrnes contributed 11 for the Pirates, who improved their record to 6-5.
