PRHS Girls XC Wins Briarwood Division II Race
Pearl River won the Division Two Race for the fourth consecutive year at the Annual Briarwood Cross Country Classic in Philadelphia Saturday.
Senior Molly Shine set a new meet record to lead Pearl River to its fourth consecutive Division Two Race championship at the 21st Annual Briarwood Cross Country Classic Saturday in Philadelphia.
Shine's winning time of 19:17.9 set a new record for Division Two. Pearl River finished with 57 points, well ahead of second-place Great Valley (PA), which had 76. There were 23 teams competing in the meet.
Pearl River's Kelly Hayes finished second in 19:30 and teammate Maria Kohlbrenner took sixth in 20:05.
