Who Will Win the NCAA Championship This Year? [POLL]

College football starts this weekend.

College football returns this weekend with a full slate of games to officially kickoff the football season.

Two of the top-ranked teams heading into the season just played last year for the national championship, when Alabama beat Louisiana State, 21-0, to capture the Roll Tide’s second title in the past three years.

LSU lost last year's Heisman finalist, cornerback Tyrann Mathieu, who was kicked off the team before the start of this year for violating team rules.

LSU and Alabama are ranked first and second, respectively, in the USA Today Poll to start the year. However, in the Associated Press Top 25, Alabama is ranked second and LSU is third.

The team that tops the AP poll is the University of Southern California. USC is coming into the year off a two-year bowl ban after a four-year investigation into the school giving benefits to former Heisman winner Reggie Bush and basketball player O.J. Mayo. But coming into this year, USC will be led by quarterback and Heisman favorite Matt Barkley.

So, who will win the NCAA title?

Did you know that a perennial NCAA top-10 (and No. 2 twice in recent years) is in Westchester?

An issues conference will be a wast of time and money. So many ' issues ' have been pulled out ofRead More thin air. The people who organized against the plant will just keep saying the same thing. No amount of info will be enough, no answer will be accepted. The issues conference will be a circus of endless questions, ideas, and demands. Haverstraw bay reclassified as drinking water will better protect it, provide an endless supply of water and finally help end the stereotype of the Hudson being polluted Recommend
