Last Chance: Library Vote, Orangetown Patriots Registration

The last chance to publicly discuss the proposed Pearl River Public Library Budget for 2012-13 is Tuesday, May 29 from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the library's community room.

There will also be presentation by 2012 Library Board of Trustees canddiates Jennifer Brebbia Rankin and Elizabeth A. Van Wynen, who are running for the one available seat.
Time is also running out to sign up as a teen volunteer with the Pearl River Library's Summer Reading Program. Applications must be completed before one of the two orientation sessions, which are scheduled for May 30 and June 6 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, contact Christina Linder at (845) 735-4084.

Registration for Orangetown Patriots football and cheerleading are due Wednesday, May 23.
