Pearl River Carnival Draws A Crowd

Central Avenue Field in Pearl River became the midway as the Pearl River Park & Activities Committee wrapped up its four-day carnival Sunday. Funds raised by the carnival will go to pay for the Pearl River 4th of July fireworks display.

The Central Avenue field was packed with rides, games and food as the Pearl River Carnival concluded Suday afternoon and evening.

Earlier thunderstorms didn't dampen the spirit of the many children who came with their parents and enjoyed the rides and games.

The Pearl River Park & Activities Committee held the four-day carinival as a fundraiser to help pay for this year's 4th of July fireworks in Pearl River.
