Leg Day

Seriously, I could not love going to the gym anymore, but what makes it difficult are leg days. Anyone who goes to the gym consistently to split up their workouts between arms and shoulders, chest and back, and leg days, know that leg days are a struggle. We use our legs every single day of our lives, unless you are handicapped (sorry!). So, after leg day, your legs feel like jello and the day after they feel even worse. The only good thing about leg day workouts is that you know your efforts are being put towards something. Here is what I did in my workouts: Squats, Standing Calf Raises, Cable Kick Backs, Good Mornings, Seated Machine Calf Raises, Raised Bridging, Donkey Kicks, Fire Hydrants, and then finished with some abs.
