Workouts on Workouts on Workouts

So, yesterday, just as was said, was a leg day, but it wasn't only that. Earlier in the day, I threw discus on my school's turf field, which included a short run before hand. Then in the afternoon, I went to the gym for leg day. At that point, I thought I was done, but was I wrong... My friend works as a security guard in a building which has a gym and he was going with two of our friends around 9:30 at night. After a few minutes, I was convinced to go again. So that was my day, Tuesday, 3 workouts. It wasn't too bad. Guess I'll do it more often.
