Clothing Drive Comes to Pearl River

Christ's Ambassadors of Charity are holding their 2nd Annual Baby and Children's Clothing Drive Saturday at Pearl River High School and Sunday at St. Margaret's Church.

Christ's Ambassadors of Charity will be returning to Pearl River for the organiation's 2nd Annual Baby & Children's Clothing Drive this weekend.

They will be in the Pearl River High School cafeteria from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and St. Margaret Church's Toner Hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

The organization asks that clothing be new or "gently used." The primary focus is on baby and children's clothing for any season, though adult clothing will also be accepted. The organization is also asking for strollers, car seats and other items for children.

People to People and the Martin Luther King Multi-Purpose Center are among the beneficiaries of the clothing drive.
