Pearl River Library Ends Summer Reading Program With Laughter
Over 200 Pearl River students participated in the Pearl River Public Library's Summer Reading Program.
Pearl River Public Library's Summer Reading Program finished its "Around the World" program Thursday.
Over 200 Pearl River students participated in the program. Students and parents were invited to watch a comedy show as the closing ceremonies celebrated the hundreds of books the students read this July.
The comedy show ranged from juggling to puns and jokes about geography, keeping with the summer program's theme. The audience was invited up on stage for many of the bits, adding to the fun.
