Update: Light it Up Blue Continues to Gain Support
St. Thomas of Aquinas to take part Monday.
The Pearl River-based Light It Up Blue Rockland campaign for autism awareness continues to gain support.
Light It Up Blue Rockland is a month-long information and fundraising campaign spearheaded by Prudential Joyce Realty in Pearl River with the support of approximately 50 businesses in Rockland County.
St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill is selling t-shirts for the campaign and will take part with blue decorations Monday. There will also be an arial shot of the campus with the students being asked to wear blue at 2 p.m. Monday.

The Orangetown Town Board has also approved the painting of a blue line down Central Avenue at its meeting last week.
