Verizon, Orange & Rockland Utilities, Active Media and Fujitsu are among the businesses with offices within Blue Hill Plaza.</p> <p>The concourse level has a 500-seat cafeteria, fitness center, a bank and a post office. The plaza also has rotating art galleries, walking paths and fountains.</p>
