Jane Carroll has been creating unique floral designs and gifts since 1996. She established her signature retail line for Oprah's "O List" in February 2002. In 2009, Jane opened her coffee and boutique on Main Street in Pearl River. The breakfast menu offers Belgian Waffles, scones and croissants. The lunch menu offers many delicious paninis.
