Shukokai Karate Center

Senseis Mac and Eileen Albus have been training in Shukokai karate for over 30 years, and have owned their own dojo for nearly as long. Shukokai means "way for all" and the instructors at this school believe that concept, working with students of every age and ability or disability. Students range in age from four to over fifty five, and the teachers also work with students that have some physical or mental disabilities. This school has gained a reputation over the years as numerous students have competed and won national and international competitions. Besides karate classes, this dojo also offers cardio kickboxing classes for adults.
