Mr. Carmelo's is a family run tailor and suit shop in downtown Pearl River. This shop has a charming old-world feel and offers a true professional tailor. Mr. Carmelo is the owner and operator who does custom tailoring for both men and women. He also rents tuxedos as well as carrying some off-the-rack suits and pants that he can tailor for each customer.
