Pearl River Public Library
The Pearl River Public Library is a nexus of activity. The new facility is full of books and DVDs for lending and offers lots of events for children and adults. Conveniently located next to the Franklin Avenue Elementary School, the library's mission is to "offer educational, recreational and cultural materials, exhibits and programs" for the community.
