It isn't just the school district giving them a tax break. The town would be as well, which is whyRead More it had to sign off on the deal. That is in report above. It is not uncommon for school districts and municipalities to offer inducements like this to bring in businesses that increase tax revenue. The Pearl River School District is projecting tax revenue increases on the property all through the years of the agreement, even in the beginning when the adjustment is at its highest.

Agreed, Harvey! This is a fundraiser for children, present and future. As we teach our children,Read More "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." I for one (although I speak for my whole family) am very excited for this event. We've gone to the last 3-4 wrestling events at Suffern High School (which ECPW has put on 3 of) and always had a blast! We can't wait for the 10th!
