This shop is primarily a resource for restaurants and shops its pastries to high-end restaurants. Pearl River uses only the highest quality organic ingredients, and when possible attempts to find ingredients produced locally. All products are certified organic, and the bakehouse is kosher. </p> <p>All of Pear River Pastry's cakes and pastries are available to the public through the factory outlet, which is located next to the Defiant Brewery behind the Pearl River train station.</p>
