The Pearl River School District sent notification to parents that filming for the new NBC series "The Blacklist" could cause road closures near Franklin Ave. Elementary School in Pearl River Thursday.
According to the notice, action scenes that may include loud noises such as simulated car crashes and simulated gunfire could be part of the filming Thursday, but said that it has not disrupted the day at the elementary school.
